Description: Improv for Anxiety is a 9 week improv class where we never perform in front of an audience. Classes are closed after registration so the troupe can build Support & Trust while we play improv games without strangers watching. Improv for Anxiety is not a spectator sport and all troupe members are expected to participate in all the activities each week.

Each week the class and games revolve around a central theme. There is never any homework and you never have to bring anything or prepare for class, because it's all improvised. Improv is a chance to practice and build interpersonal and communication skills in a safe environment where we always say YES! AND...
